1. Competition Period

The Kaufmann Rugga Supporter Competition ("the Competition") runs from 10 July 2026 to 24 August 2026.

The Competition opens on 10 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 SAST on 24 August 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

The winner will be selected and announced on 25 August 2026.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must:

1. Follow the official Kaufmann SA Facebook and Instagram pages.

2. Like and share the official Competition post.

3. Tag a friend they would like to attend the match with in the comments section of the official Competition post.

Each eligible friend tagged in a separate comment will count as an additional entry.

Participants may also earn a bonus entry by completing either of the following actions:

• Sharing the official Competition post to their Facebook or Instagram Story and tagging Kaufmann SA, or
• Sharing a photo of themselves supporting the Springboks and tagging Kaufmann SA.

Where an entrant's social media account is private, Kaufmann SA may request proof of the Story share or supporting photo in order to verify the bonus entry.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entry and any additional entries are visible and verifiable by Kaufmann SA.

Incomplete entries, duplicate tags of the same account, tags of fake, inactive or celebrity accounts, spam entries, or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Entrants must have a valid South African identity document or other acceptable proof of identity and residency.

Employees, directors, agents and consultants of Agrinet (Pty) Ltd, Kaufmann SA, Senwes, participating agencies and service providers directly associated with the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

The winner and their chosen guest must be available and able to attend the Springboks vs All Blacks match at FNB Stadium, Johannesburg, on 5 September 2026.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that their chosen guest is also able to attend the match.

4. Prize

One winner will receive the Ultimate Kaufmann Supporter Setup, consisting of:

• 2 x match tickets to the Springboks vs All Blacks match at FNB Stadium on 5 September 2026
• 1 x Kaufmann Supporter Cooler Box
• 2 x Kaufmann X Director's Camping Chairs

The match tickets will be transferred to the winner electronically.

The winner will therefore be required to provide a valid and accessible email address for the purpose of receiving or accepting the electronic transfer of the match tickets.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible. Kaufmann SA and Agrinet (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for delays or failed ticket delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner.

The winner may also be required to follow the applicable ticket provider's electronic ticket transfer or acceptance process in order to receive and access the tickets.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

The match tickets are valid only for the specified match and date.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Kaufmann SA, the prize does not include transport, flights, accommodation, parking, meals, beverages or any other personal expenses associated with attending the match.

The winner and their guest are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the venue and for all costs associated with attending the match that are not expressly included in the prize.

The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with all ticketing conditions, venue access requirements, security procedures and event rules applicable to the match.

Should the match be postponed, cancelled, relocated or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Kaufmann SA or Agrinet (Pty) Ltd, the Promoter will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, booking, cancellation or other costs incurred by the winner or their guest.

Kaufmann SA reserves the right, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, to substitute any component of the prize with an item of similar nature and value, subject to applicable law.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

Each valid additional entry and verified bonus entry will be included in the draw.

The winner will be announced on 25 August 2026 on Kaufmann SA's official social media platforms and will be contacted via direct message.

The winner may be required to provide:

• Proof of identity
• Proof of age
• Proof of South African residency
• A valid email address for the electronic transfer of the match tickets
• A valid contact number
• Confirmation that they are available and able to attend the match on 5 September 2026

The winner's personal information will only be used for the administration of the Competition, verification of eligibility, prize fulfilment and electronic transfer of the match tickets, unless additional consent has been provided for another purpose.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, fails to respond, fails to provide the required information, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or confirms that they are unable to attend the match, Kaufmann SA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner must not provide banking details, passwords, PINs, one-time passwords or make any payment in order to claim the prize.

Kaufmann SA will only contact the winner through its official social media accounts or official company communication channels.

Entrants are advised to be aware of fraudulent accounts or individuals falsely claiming to represent Kaufmann SA.

6. Prize Collection and Delivery

The match tickets will be transferred electronically to the winner using the email address provided by the winner.

Arrangements for the collection or delivery of the physical Kaufmann Supporter Cooler Box and the 2 x Kaufmann X Director's Camping Chairs will be communicated directly to the winner.

Where physical prize items are delivered, the winner may be required to provide a valid South African delivery address and contact number.

Kaufmann SA and Agrinet (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact or delivery information supplied by the winner.

7. Publicity and Personal Information

By entering the Competition, participants consent to Kaufmann SA and Agrinet (Pty) Ltd processing the personal information reasonably necessary to:

• Administer the Competition
• Verify entries and eligibility
• Conduct the winner selection process
• Contact the winner
• Transfer the match tickets
• Arrange delivery or collection of the physical prize items
• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements

Personal information collected for the Competition will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation.

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition, including winner announcements, photographs, social media content or other promotional content.

Participation in additional promotional activities is voluntary and may be declined.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Kaufmann SA and Agrinet (Pty) Ltd, and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Participants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or related to the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Kaufmann SA and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

9. Entry Verification and Disqualification

Kaufmann SA reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of all entries.

Kaufmann SA may disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has:

• Provided false or misleading information
• Used fake, duplicate or fraudulent social media accounts
• Used automated entry methods, bots or other manipulation methods
• Tagged fake, inactive or unrelated accounts for the purpose of generating additional entries
• Attempted to interfere with the administration or fairness of the Competition
• Failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions

The Promoter's decision regarding the verification and validity of entries will be final, subject to applicable law.

10. General Terms

By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Kaufmann SA and Agrinet (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical, network, internet, social media platform or other communication issues beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by an entrant, winner or guest in connection with participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

The Promoter of the Competition is Agrinet (Pty) Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Kaufmann products in South Africa.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Competition, verification of entries and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
